Thanks Stefani for being an awesome coach and cheerleader for me on this two week journey. At first I was skeptical that I could not go two weeks without any type of grain, but the more I learned about the other things I could eat the easier it became. My story is a little overwhelming, but not at all out of the ordinary these days.

I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's disease in April of 2015, Adrenal Fatigue in June of 2015, and Lyme disease in May of 2016, followed by Mast Cell Activation Syndrome and POTS in April 2018.

My Hashimoto's and Lyme are in remission, which is amazing!  My MCAS and POTS are well managed, and I'm continually working on controlling flares and healing from those as well.

I attribute my success to my radical dietary changes, constant research and desire to grow my knowledge, and unwavering support from my naturopath.
