Fall is my favorite time of year, and I’ve been waiting patiently for it. So patiently, in fact, that this gluten free pumpkin angel food cake is the first pumpkin-anything that I’ve made this year, so you’re in for a treat!

Ingredients
1box gluten free angel food cake mix
1/2can pumpkin puree
1tbsppumpkin pie spice
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease a loaf pan.
Mix everything together in a bowl.
Bake for 45-60 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
Notes
For glaze:Mix 2 tbsp butter (or coconut oil for dairy free), melted, 1 3/4 cups confectioners' sugar, 2 tbls water and 1 tsp vanilla extract until smooth.Let stand 3 minutes or until thickened, then drizzle on cake.
