Gluten Free Pumpkin Angel Food Cake
Fall is my favorite time of year, and I’ve been waiting patiently for it. So patiently, in fact, that this gluten free pumpkin angel food cake is the first pumpkin-anything that I’ve made this year, so you’re in for a treat!

Cook Time 45 minutes
Total Time 50 minutes
Servings 1 loaf
- 1 box gluten free angel food cake mix
- 1/2 can pumpkin puree
- 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease a loaf pan.
Mix everything together in a bowl.
Bake for 45-60 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
Mix 2 tbsp butter (or coconut oil for dairy free), melted, 1 3/4 cups confectioners' sugar, 2 tbls water and 1 tsp vanilla extract until smooth.
Let stand 3 minutes or until thickened, then drizzle on cake.
