- 1 cup almond butter or peanut butter if you don't need paleo. I like sunbutter for nut free!
- 3/4 cup honey or organic pure maple syrup omit or substitute with 1/4 cup xylitol for Keto
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 6 Tbsp cacao powder
- Shredded unsweetened coconut optional
Melt the nut butter and coconut oil on the stove, and then add the honey.
Don't heat the honey too much or it'll kill all it's goodness!
Once it's all mixed up, remove from the heat and add the vanilla and cacao, and thoroughly mix.
Add optional shredded coconut to the bottom of your dish or cupcake liners.
Pour into parchment lined dish or silicone cupcake liners.
Freeze for 20-30 minutes, or until firm.
Remove and slice into squares, and store in a sealed dish in the freezer.
