  • 1 cup almond butter or peanut butter if you don't need paleo. I like sunbutter for nut free!
  • 3/4 cup honey or organic pure maple syrup omit or substitute with 1/4 cup xylitol for Keto
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 6 Tbsp cacao powder
  • Shredded unsweetened coconut optional

  • Melt the nut butter and coconut oil on the stove, and then add the honey.
  • Don't heat the honey too much or it'll kill all it's goodness!
  • Once it's all mixed up, remove from the heat and add the vanilla and cacao, and thoroughly mix.
  • Add optional shredded coconut to the bottom of your dish or cupcake liners.
  • Pour into parchment lined dish or silicone cupcake liners.
  • Freeze for 20-30 minutes, or until firm.
  • Remove and slice into squares, and store in a sealed dish in the freezer.
