Garlic Roasted Broccoli
Garlic roasted broccoli is a delicious, easy, and healthy meal that will please your entire family!
Servings 6 cups
- 2 large heads of broccoli
- 1/4 cup avocado oil
- 2 cloves of garlic diced
- salt & pepper to taste
- *optional truffle salt for extra delicious flavor!
Preheat oven to 425.
Cut the florets off of the heads of broccoli.
Combine all ingredients in a large ziploc bag, and shake to coat.
Spread on baking sheet and bake for 30-45 minutes, flipping halfway.
Cook until about halfway browned and crispy.
