Ingredients

  • 2 lb ground beef
  • 1 bag frozen kale
  • 2 bell peppers chopped
  • 3 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 2 cans diced tomatoes with green chiles
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 1 quart bone broth
  • 1 quart water
  • 1 onion diced
  • shredded cheddar optional- omit if paleo
  • Diced green onions for topping

Instructions

  • Brown the meat and onion in Instant Pot, and add in half of taco seasoning.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients, stir, and close Instant Pot.
  • Cook on Manual- High for 6 minutes.
  • Release when it's finished, let cool, and serve.
  • Alternatively, add all the ingredients to crockpot and cook on low for 2 hours.
