Mix all of the ingredients in a medium saucepan.
Bring the mixture to a boil.
Once boiling, reduce heat and simmer for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cranberries burst and the sauce thickens.
Use an immersion blender to make sure the apples are blended and everything is mixed.
Remove from heat and let it cool before refrigerating.
Serve chilled or room temperature.
