Cajun Roasted Cauliflower
Cajun roasted cauliflower is a savory & spicy healthy side dish that even the kids will love!
Servings 6 servings
- 2 heads of cauliflower florets cut off
- 1/4 cup avocado oil
- 3 tbs cajun seasoning
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Mix cauliflower florets, avocado oil, and seasoning in a large ziploc bag.
Shake until it's evenly coated.
Spread on one layer in a glass baking dish, and bake for 20 minutes.
Stir, and put back in the oven another 10-20 minutes until it's browned.
