Garlic Roasted Broccoli

Garlic roasted broccoli is a delicious, easy, and healthy meal that will please your entire family!

Ingredients

  • 2 large heads of broccoli
  • 1/4 cup avocado oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic diced
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • *optional truffle salt for extra delicious flavor!

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425.
  • Cut the florets off of the heads of broccoli.
  • Combine all ingredients in a large ziploc bag, and shake to coat.
  • Spread on baking sheet and bake for 30-45 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • Cook until about halfway browned and crispy.
