I don’t know about you, but I find my husband to be more difficult to buy for than most of the people that I know. Not only is he pretty picky, but guys aren’t always as open about things that they like and want than women are, right? So whether it’s our anniversary or his birthday, I’m usually struggling to come up with some good ideas for gifts. Christmas is no exception. So I figured that if I have difficulty coming up with gift ideas for the man in my life, then you might too! I had my husband help me come up with a list of manly stocking stuffers that your guy would love to get.

So, what better way to find out what men enjoy as stocking stuffers than ask one directly? My husband, James, is here on the blog today to let us ladies know the type of gifts that they really enjoy getting!

Manly Stocking Stuffers

Dollar Shave Club– Shaving isn’t all that enjoyable, but having a nice, new, sharp razor when you need it keeps it from being painful in more ways than one! And who doesn’t love getting packages in the mail every month, right?

Beard Oil – Does your man have a beard? Is it all scratchy and sometimes smells like his last meal? Then beard oil is for him. It’ll keep it soft and smelling nice, and it’ll help it to look great. That makes it a great gift idea that will benefit you ladies too!

Cremo Shave Cream – Cremo calls it “Astonishingly Superior” and “Impossibly Slick”, and they are not kidding. This stuff is literally the most amazing shaving cream I’ve ever used. It really helps get a closer shave and prevent nicks and razor burn. Fair warning, if you get this for your man, he will never use anything else again, might as well go for the big tube!

Bespoke Post Box – Stef gave me one of these last year, and it had some great items in it – including the Cremo shave cream mentioned above. Not sure what your man might like? Then get him a box with a little bit of everything! There are tons of other box ideas that you can get as gifts besides Bespoke Post, and there’s definitely something for every personality.

Magazine Subscription – Magazines can be a fun distraction and a good way to learn about new things coming to the market. It’s also a great way to stay informed on current events and hobbies, and you get a new one every month!

Ammo – If your husband likes guns, then this one is a no-brainer. Going to the range is something that I really enjoy, and ammunition is always something that’s needed. One note though – it gets quite heavy. Make sure to not try hanging a stocking with ammo in it!

Multi-tool – I love being handy and fixing things, and as an Eagle Scout, I know to always be prepared. However, nothing’s worse than not having the right tool for a job, which happens quite frequently while on the go. Having a good multi-tool in your pocket or in your car makes that much less likely to happen.

Tactical Flashlight – Flashlights always come in handy, and tactical flashlights are awesome for being high quality and adaptable. The last thing you want is a flashlight that can’t handle itself when needed.

Specialty Foods / Favorite Candy – It really is true what they say, “the way to a man’s heart is through his stomach.” So, why not get him something delicious? I’m a huge fan of different hot sauces, so Stefani usually makes a point to find ones that I’ve never tried before. It’s a simple, small gift, but I really enjoy trying them out!

Bar Supplies – Having the right tool for the job most definitely extends to the kitchen. Trying to make drinks without the proper tools can be quite frustrating! A nice looking bar set (like a copper one) can also be a conversation piece, and is awesome to use when you’ve got company over.
