These boys are crazy, y’all. I mean, sometimes I legitimately think they are going to dismantle the house piece by piece. They are cute, and oh so sweet… but they are trouble! (Especially that little one…)
Several months back, we were beginning to customize our house, so we ended up having lots of extra pieces of hardware. Wondering what to do with all of these extra locks, door knobs, light switches, etc., we figured we would go ahead and give a busy board a shot!
We started with a big board of plywood, spray painted it black, and then taped it off once it was dry and striped it yellow.
I then laid everything out on it to figure out spacing, and to see if we needed anything else. We scoured the clearance bin at Lowe’s and found a few discount items that fit perfectly! 😉
This worked out really well because I could get all of the spacing done before we drilled any holes and things didn’t end up even. We used 4 large bolts to anchor it onto the wall, in case the kids wanted to hang on it or something.
Daddy’s big helper, isn’t he so cute? 😉 This busy board was such a fun project! I recommend you give it a try!
